Aaron specializes in estate planning and probate in addition to a practice focused on guardianship and special needs planning. He has extensive experience representing families and individuals, including in their role as executors, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, and agents in a broad range of legal services. This includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, special needs planning and guardianships for incapacitated adults, including temporary guardianship and permanent guardianship of the person and estate. He additionally has considerable experience advising clients regarding issues pertaining to physical and/or developmental disabilities and/or cognitive decline or memory loss.
Aaron is proud to be Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinguishing accomplishment achieved by few practicing attorneys in his area of law in Texas.
Aaron has served for many years as a either a court appointed Attorney Ad Litem or Guardian Ad Litem in various probate and guardianship matters in Tarrant County. Aaron has been recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as one of Tarrant County’s Top Attorneys in Estate Planning and Probate, signifying a high degree of peer recognition and achievement in this practice area.
